New official! Clan and Team section for Dueling Network

I am pleased to announce that finally, Clans and Teams will be coming to Dueling Network! In the index, this new section can be located directly after the "Competitions" Section. The new section is marked as "Clans & Teams" and contains 7 Main Forums making it now the largest section in Dueling Network Forums!

Here you will now be able to officially register yourself and other members as a team or clan and be able to participate in wars. The forum will maintain a rankings sheet, similar to the rankings sheet found on Dueling Network in order to keep a record of a teams' win loss ratios and its current ranking against all other officially registered teams. Teams that excel will also receive exclusive Dueling Network prizes.. more on those later down the track.

I will briefly explain each of the main forums. Be sure to follow the rules in each forum otherwise your requests may not be approved.

War Rules and Formats:
The most important forum, this redirects you to a single topic containing Dueling Networks War Book. This War Book is version 1.0, amendments can and will be made where necessary. Upon using any forum within the clans & teams section the War Book must be followed at all times, no exceptions. Teams are subject to being unlisted and deleted if the normal forum rules or War Book rules are ignored purposely broken. War formats can also be found here. Some of these formats have rules that can be customized to suit your warring needs. For more information contact a judge, moderator or administrator via PM.

Register a Team:
This is where you will be able to officially post a registration topic for your team. Most importantly you must follow the criteria for registration when posting here. Topics not following this criteria will not be approved and most likely will be deleted without notice.

Official Teams List:
Once approved, your team's thread will be moved here. It will serve as a topic for your team to openly use for any warring needs. You can keep track of your own records here as well as any other information you need to keep track of.

Register a War, War Arena & War Challenges:
Everything related to wars. These 3 forums are pretty easy to navigate. Teams can officially register their war for approval, or openly post a challenge for any war team to accept. When the war is approved, it will be placed in the war arena. Whenever there is an issue with a war. A judge must be contacted for a full review. Appeals can only be made to Administrators and what they say is final.

Free Agents & Recruitment:
The final forum is for people that are looking for a team, or for team captains looking for members. DO NOT POST IN ANY OTHER SECTION IF YOU HAVE AN INCOMPLETE TEAM OTHER THAN HERE. Otherwise your topics will be deleted. It is up to team captains who they want in their team and members which team they want to join. Agreements must be made when using this section. Do not assume ever that a member wants to be in your team just because they are a free agent.



As a final note, Judges are to be respected. They are hand picked by me, and more will be hand picked in coming weeks. They are not here to be biased, or disrespect you and their decisions are based entirely on the facts presented to them. Do not under any circumstance disrespect these members and their decisions. If you feel an appeal of any sort needs to be made contact an Administrator.

Start by reading the War Book. Everything is explained there.

This is great, I can't wait to get really involved with clan/team battle things. It's going to make it a lot more interesting and more enjoyable in the community. Thanks for the War Book link TamA, was really helpful.

you simply gather your friends and start a team. You can also make a post saying that you are interested in making a team. Your post should include what you are looking for in other duelists, your team's name, etc. Once you got enough people for an official team you register it and compete.
