elemental hero prisma vs fiendish chain / effect veiler

if i let prisma activated it's eff and changed his name (example: to dark magician)

my question: when he/she activated a spell card special made for dark magician (black magic attack, thousand knives, etc)

and i chained with
-fiendish chain
/
-effect veiler

did the "black magician" name eff gone (it's name back to e.hero prisma) and the spel card go to grave without it's eff activated
or
the "black magician" name stays and the spell activated?

Elemental HERO Prisma's Rulings wrote:* If Elemental Hero Prisma’s [sic] effect activates and resolves and later that turn Skill Drain is activated, Elemental Hero Prisma [sic] will still retain the Fusion Material Monster’s name since the effect has already been applied.

That means that even if his effect is negated with cards like Skill Drain or Fiendish Chain or Forbidden Chalice, he will retain the name, and there won't be any issues.

In fact, even assuming that Prisma's name would go back to normal (which is false) if a card like Skill Drain was chained to Dark Magic Attack, Dark Magic Attack would still resolve, because when it was activated, Prima was considered to be named "Dark Magician".

1) Those cards only require the monster to be on the field at activation. Even without 2 (see below) the effect will resolve properly because it doesn't require the monster to be on the field at resolution.
