Make sure you read this guide before you make an appeal! Ban appealing for dummies. 458577120

If you're in this section, it is probable you are attempting to appeal a ban.
Make sure to follow these guidelines before you make an appeal.

First, make sure that you have a reason for making an appeal. If you were constantly flooding in main chat after being warned and you were banned for a day for your first strike, I wouldn't advise coming to make an appeal.

When you come to make an appeal ask yourself these questions:

1. Was I banned for no reason? (Think to make sure you did nothing banworthy before the random ban.)

2. Was I banned unfairly? (Were you banned by a moderator who abused their powers?)

Ex. You are arguing with a moderator about a ruling you get upset and you call the moderator an idiot. The moderator than retaliates by banning you forever.(If you insulted a moderator and were banned without warning for any length you can appeal)

3. Was I banned for a unreasonable amount of time? This one mostly depends on you and what you did to get yourself banned. If you are a constant troll/spammer/cheater who gets banned regularly, and you decide to troll/spam/cheat another time and you end up permanently banned, you shouldn't post an appeal here. If you are a first timer, then your ban length will most likely be associated with the severity of your offense.

Use this site to compare to what you did and how long you were banned for.

You can make an appeal if your ban exceeds the proper punishment depending on your number of offenses. (If your ban is one day more or less then the chart you can still make an appeal, but... is that one day really going to kill you?)

If you can't answer yes to one or more of these questions, you shouldn't be making a ban appeal in the first place.

Tips To A Successful Ban Appeal:

1. Use Proper Grammar.

Ex. "Cna any modz halp me pl0z i wuz ban3d for nu reazon by n ab00zing modarator."
This is a real pm I got for a unban request. Using proper grammar helps the staff to understand what you're trying to say.

2. Make sure you state why you were banned.

If you post an appeal saying "Can i get unbanned" without stating why you were banned, you'll have zero chances of being unbanned.

3. Be Respectful to the mods.

Ex. Mod: I don't think {Insert Name Here} would ban you for no reason. I will ask him later.

Ban Appealer: Well **** you then **** face ************.
scratch This is pretty self explanatory.

4. Use any proof you have available.

Most of the times in the result of a ban you will have little to no proof. However, if you have any proof at all of a unfair ban it will definitely help.
