Dueling Network isn't working...

I've been trying to get on since 12:30pm today, and I haven't been able to.... All it shows is the black luster soldier and a white screen on the bottom right
I've tried chrome, firefox and explorer and it hasnt worked on either one. I also tried clearing my browsing cache, history, cookies and etc. Can anyone please help me?

and... i reinstalled the newest flash player i already had...

my screen is just black, im angered cause i wanna duel

Have you tried clearing your cookies/cache or switching browsers? There might also be an issue with a firewall blocking your connection.

Firefox, flash, java etc are all the latest version
And I've cleared all internet history, chaches etc.
