simple question:
If i have Kageki equipped with Spirit of the Six do Kageki gain its ATK bonus?

When Equipped Spirit is not a monster so no you don't.

No, Kageki will only gain its ATK bonus if you control another face-up "Six Samurai" monster with a different name. Since "Spirit of the Six Samurai" is an Equip Spell at that moment, Kageki does not recieve its ATK bonus from its own effect.
