Ranked wars cannot have banlists other than the official banlist.

Because even if you agree to ban some specific Decks, doing so is not allowed for ranked wars (check the War Book). This is because it would not be fair to put wars with different banlists in the same ranking as others with no banlist, as that affects the way the game is played, so we go by the standards (in the same way as a YCS).
