Banned?

I played against some dude and I A.S.S'ed him.
I lost, but the guy called me a cheater...
He repeatedly pestered me afterwords and called me a cheater, saying I'd get banned. I ignored him and got banned a short while later. So are admins banning people without investigation, because this guy totally deserved to be reported.

The person came to me about this and I indeed refused to ban you for lack of proof of an A.S.S abuse. I see some other admin decided to do it instead.

However, abusing the system is uncalled for as you would knowand you have openly admitted to using the A.S.S button (but I am unsure for what reason).

Some admins however I have noticed are jumping the gun without contacting both parties which is what has happened in this case.
