Card Guard
Can card guard use its protection effect on itself, and if so as priority?

Re: Card Guard
Card Guard doesn't protect itself with the counter it gains on summon, it only protects the card to which the counter is transferred to. Of course, you could protect a Card Guard if you transferred the Guard Counter to another Card Guard.
This is because according to its text, Card Guard sets the condition to protect something with the counter when the counter is moved to another card, not when it's first placed on itself. Otherwise, it'd say something like "If a card with a Guard Counter would be destroyed..." rather than "That card...".

Re: Card Guard
So, if card guard sucessfully transfer counter
And monster when they killed, they dies...
If known commonly, a monster dies / off field, they doesn't have effect
does this mean the counter wear off or not ?

Next time explain your question in a comprehensible way. I know you can do it.
In any case, I'll cover the 2 possible meanings of your question:
1) If the face up card with the Card Counter would be destroyed, the counter is removed instead, so it'd "wear off".
2) If Card Guard is removed from the field, the Guard Counter is not removed, because it's part of a lingering effect, like Magic Reflector: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Lingering_Effect

Could card guard transfer it to itself upon summon?

No, because when it's summoned it's already put onto itself. You have to move it to another card, and only then the effect starts protecting that card.
