black screen Empty black screen

i jus got on here to ask a quesion.
for some reason 99% of the time i load duelingnetwork.com i get a pitch black screen. it says its done loading but thats all i get. i enjoy playing this game but not being able to load it 99% of the time is pissing me off. i have to refresh it bout 50 times b4 it will finally bring me to something other than the black screen.

is there anything i can do to fix it?
