Mind Crush - Check hand of opponant ?

Hello

During my last duel, I played Mind Crush and declare Vanadis.

My opponent discard his only Vanadis in his hand (I think).

Since the card un unlimited, I ask him to show his hand to see if he does not have a second/third Vanadis in his hand (since there were no other Vanadis in graveyard or banished). Am I wrigt ?


Secondly, if I'm wrigt,

my opponant ask me to proove this ruling. I search on wikia or pojo, ( http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Mind_Crush http://www.pojo.biz/board/showpost.php?p=18063405&postcount=9 ) but he told me this was not enough, since the ruling is not official (or pojo is not a "sure" site. He even abused of ASS without preventing me (I should think to do screenshoots). Is there some official sites that can prove some rulings ?

You are right, you can ask your opponent to show hand to check for the copies of the card you declare (suppose it is not limited).

when something like this happens that involwes a certain number of cards you can always check if your opponent has another copy of that at the affected spot.
Not only with mind crush you can check the hand, it is also the same when you play successfully nobleman on ryko and only 1 other copy is removed from the deck for example. You can check the deck then to make sure he has no other copies and your opponent will check your deck for rykos.

Now, I must show to the opponent a good rulling to prove it, since wikia was not accept (source comes from pojo or another forum) and forums too.

Its common sense/logics.
Either tell him that, or call a mod/admin to help.

If there is a possibility that another copy is in the hand, you can view your opponent's hand.

If they refuse, simply call an Admin and he will help you.
