Ruling Q: LADD and Archlord Kristya/Vanity's Fiend

I had this happen in a duel today, and even though I had "The Detonator" rule on it, my opponent wouldn't accept it because the main ruling was on Pojo, so I figured I'd ask on here, in case it happens ever again.

SETUP:
I control a monster (1700/200) and my opponent controls Archlord Kristya and Light and Darkness Dragon (@ 800/400), and no spell/traps. I attack over LADD, sending it to the grave.

QUESTION:
When LADD tries to resolve in the grave, does Kristya prevent his entire effect, including the destruction of all cards on his side of the field?

SUPPORT:
LADD's effect is mandatory, so even if Kristya is negating part of it, his effect will still try to resolve as much as possible. Therefore, destroying Krista (and putting it back on top of his deck.)

Does this make sense?

Like when "Imperial Iron Wall" is chained to "Bottomless Trap Hole", or "Macro Cosmos" / "Vanity's Emptiness" is chanied to "Glow-Up Bulb" if you cannot resolve one part of the AND effect, you will not resolve the other part.

In this case: you do select 1 monster in your graveyard, however no monster can be special summoned, so no monsters will be destroyed.

If an effect gets negated, ALL of it is negated, not just the parts that allow a card to negate it. e.g. SD negating Ryko if it's destruction effect is activated will also cause the milling to be negated.

LaDD's effect activates automatically in the GT, you select a target.
LaDD's effect's resolution is negated by the continuous no-Special-Summon effect of Archlord Kristya, due to the effect involving Special Summoning.

1) Archlord Kristya negate nothing.

2) Destruction happen before the summon.

3) Even if you cannot special summon, you still must destroy your cards.

4) After Archlord Kristya is destroyed, its Continuous Effect stop apply and the monster will be summmoned as normal.

After reviewing back.... I forgot to take out kriosta from other side *facepalms*

No wonder its not special summoning from grave...

It goes according to key said

1. Ladd dies,
2. Choose target
3. krista destroyed, and goes back to top deck
4. and you summon 1 monster from grave

So confusing.

Bottomline is: Krystia on own side of the field will not affect LADD's last effect. Same goes for Vanity's Fiend.
