Short and simple:
When the opponent quits, i do not get reputation. Who's stupid idea is this? Ass abusers still have something to abuse.

Reputation is awarded to players upon completing a duel. Plain and simple.

If a player had attitude toward you and was pigheaded in a duel and you lost do they deserve reputation? No not really. Can you somehow punish them for it? Yes you can (but by quitting you don't get reputation for it either)

Double edged sword. I really wouldn't complain to much about this. Just make sure you always admit defeat. Its not like your reputation is going down anymore.

Complainers always have something to complain.
Next thing you know, people will whine about how opponent magically disconnects every time they lose.
