Having trouble using DN on school network

First off hi everybody, first post and whatnot.

For the past couple of days I have been trying to connect to dn on my school network. Now the school network is wireless but has no filtering software. I can get to the DN login page but when i try to connect it is stuck at the connecting screen but if I connect at home, put my computer to sleep while still logged in and wake up my laptop at school. it tries to reconnect and it succeeds. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

This is likely caused by a firewall blocking the connection.
- disable any firewalls and/or proxy servers that may be blocking the connection
- try another browser
- clear your browser cache and refresh the webpage

Otherwise:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Then, User And Accounts
3. Create New User.
4. Make sure you give administrator rights to your new user.
5. Go to DuelingNetwork site and the game should work perfectly.
