such as:
Wiseman Chalice
Tour Guide From Underworld

Nothing more expected if exceed monster
wanna kick some synchro on extra deck,,
when it not happen summon speed of exceed
its rank 3 under (1)synchro n (2) fusion

I doubt any infernity, or high end stuff will be in this. Think a little in the lower tiers, maybe Ls and hero's.

But special edition of a booster pack normally is a brand new card made by TCG (GENF-EN00), so i doubt it would be something have released in the past, therefore, all those, (Duality, Scrap,...) would be no chance. And since, all the past promos commonly support the hit of that set or the one after (Grepher for Dark monster, Swallow (that lvl 4 birdy) in a BW pack,...) so i m bumping whoever think it would either be a exceed monster or a exceed support card (monster more likely since most of the promos were monster).

Again just my opinion, dont take it personal if i got it wrong...

Actually, this is only supposed to have 1 card. I believe it was said to be "1 Tournament-Level Card"? Idk, look around on Pojo and you'll get the same answer I just gave you. Don't ask me to fetch the sauce for this nacho of info though.

I thought so also, but if it's just one card, that means you're guaranteed that 'tournament-level card' that was mentioned.

I'm thinking either Pot of Duality (Kevin himself said Pot of Duality would be made easier to get sometime during the Summer), Fossil Dyna, or Solemn Warning.

OR... this could be where Kristya's getting her reprint. Razz

I wonder if anyone got the info on the Tins... NOTE: They have Monsters and a Spell/Trap now. So expect a reprint of a good Spell/Trap in those new tins.) I gotta stop being an info-spoiler, lol.

If it is Duality I will laugh. I want Archlord Kristya though, because I felt we were screwed over. The deck suffers a lot by not having it. I would also like to see Eatos or Dark Simorgh.

It'll be two really old cards that no new player has and really old players horde. Konami seems to be going back in time (I'm looking at you Photon Shockwave. Normals my A.S.S.).

I for one am betting on; Card Trooper/Kristya(Kristy more than trooper cause Trooper is easier to get.)

It better not be Trooper, you can find the SD he is in at retail stores (like Wal-mart) for like 40% off +. I would rather have a hard to get card.

Most of these cards were either competitive when they were released in the special editions or in the format before their release. So lets think about promos/secrets that are either competitive currently or in recent memory

Secrets:
Pot of Duality
Fossil Dyna Pachy
Archlord Krystia
Trishula (probably too recent for a reprint)
The naturia trinity

Promos:
TKRO
Doomcaliber Knight (not likely due to that fact that this is the only reason ppl buy golds series 4)
The one and only Librarian (also a bit too recent)
Meklord Grannel (also too recent)

And considering that some staple ultras have also been reprinted...

Ultras Candidates:
Effect Veiler
Scrap Dragon
Glow-up Bulb
Solemn Warning
Shi en
And a special mention, formula synchron.

Looking at the list of candidates, it doesn't look like any promos are likely to be in the special edition. Historically there have been few former ultras released, though if they do release one they have plenty of good candidates. That leaves the secrets. There have been no hidden arsenal stuff reprinted before, so that leaves us 3 secrets, duality, fossil dyna, and krystia. Personally I will be like duality (I have 1st ed dynas and unlimited krystias and I would like for them to stay expensive Very Happy

). However, I think that krystia is the most likely one to be reprinted due to the recent disappointment with the fairy structure deck.

Oh, and Kristya would be a prime choice here, but I think they'd go for something that'll help some of the themes presented here. Remember Ms. Hand of the Six Samurai who was reprinted for the sole purpose of Samurai Players to rejoice in an easier-to-get version of the Secret Rare that avoided them half the time?

So lets see what GENF has got...

HERO's (not the core set, just imports)
Banishing Fish/Sea Serpent/Aqua (Maybe we'll see something for them?)
Wind-Up's (They love flipping. I'll lulz a lot if Book of Moon gets this kind of reprint, but highly doubt it. Perhaps another card that flips'em down that has yet to get a reprint?)
Xyz Summons done easier (So it seems maybe a swarm-enabling card might hit this)

So, lets discuss what exactly fits these things. =p

(I WILL lol if a HERO (Absolute Zero) gets a reprint here)

Not all the promos were released when they were good. Il Blud got reprinted after the ban list drop kicked zombies and Drill Warrior was reprinted around the time quickdraw dandy warrior took hits from the ban list. And when harvest was reprinted I think half of us didn't even know what the card was.
