All of these are amazingly broken and would be banned immediately (accept the neos one maybe)
The fact that the archfiend baby has 1600 is ridiculous
The grammar on Supreme Star needs to be improved
If you balance the effects more, these could be pretty cool

- Your E-Heros are overpowered. You should limit their effects more.
- "Red Archfiend Baby Dragon" is butt-ugly, but not too bad.
- "Supreme Star Dragon" is difficult enough to get out that it wouldn't be broken, but you need to change its effect to this:
"When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Star" Synchro monster from your Extra Deck or Graveyard. This is treated as a Synchro Summon. If this card is Synchro Summoned, it gains the following effect: Once, you can banish 1 Tuner monster from your Graveyard to negate the Summon of a monster and destroy it."
The way you had it worded would have required you to negate a summon right in this card's own Summon Response Window, and thus would always miss the timing. "If" instead of "When" is important.
- "Dark Magician Girl of Chaos" has a nice destruction effect, and I would definitely run her. However, I think 500 per Magician is too much, and she should gain points off "Dark Magician of Chaos", not "Dark Magician Girl". As for the art, she'd look better with her right leg tucked under her butt, and she needs more open body language and big cute eyes to link her to the original "Dark Magician Girl". Might also want to create an equivalent of "Dedication through Light and Darkness", or add a line that says you can use it on DMG to get this card.
- "Stardust Warrior Lady" looks like an awesome card, but I can guarantee you Konami would insist she be given a proper shirt.
