dragunity phalanx + 1 or more non-tuner dragunity monsters

This card can only be synchro summoned. When this card is synchro summoned you can equip as many dragunity monster as possible to this card. This card original attack and defense are equal to the original attack of all dragunity cards equiped to this card. once per turn you can select 1 dragunity monster in your graveyard and equip it to this card. If this card would be destroyed you can destroy one dragunity equip card equiped to this card instead.

how would it be bad (unless im misunderstanding the way your using bad) it can equip ANY dragunity monster from the grave to it and gain its attack which means with just 2 dux you have a 3000 beater on the field and most dragunity decks only need one open (some times 2) back row space plus card like dark hole can't hurt it but a trish and brio can hurt this card so its not to OP and would make a good boss card if you ask me but i would like it if you would explain why its bad
