I'm asking this for a friend. What kind of cards would be good in a deck that locks your opponents from summoning of any kind?

I know the basics....

Solemns, BTH, Torrential Tribute. But what other cards could be put into a vanilla lockdown deck yet keep it consistent?

I'm not sure what his ... specifics are, but I told him I'd ask to see what others have to say. He's also using Beast monsters if that helps ....
