"Rejected by server!Try logging in again" i tried every thing T^T

it's been 4 days,every time i press Duel i get "Rejected by server!Try logging in again" i deleted my cookies,Cleared my cache,And Browsing history....didn't work,Checked if fire wall is blocking it....it wasn't .-. i've sumbited a screen shot on another site,One of my friend's commented and told me to try Mozzila firefox....still the same T^T.... i tried also google chrome....and nothing....can please anybody help me?
