Interesting. I can guarantee you that it will not appear in a Meta Deck, as they're all "fast, fast, fast, curb-stomp the opponent and laugh when he uses Kuriboh instead of Battle Fader". However, if you combo it with "Convulsion of Nature" (flips the decks upside-down so you can see what's on top), it would give you much more control over what you draw and when. And, because the text specifically says that it counts as a draw, you could add "Solemn Wishes" in for an extra 500 Life Points.

It seems I was stupid enough to trade my "Solemn Wishes" away... Sad
