Can i activate two starlight roads?

I have looked at the card rullings, and the rule book. I couldnt find an answer.

Can i activate two starlight roads at the same time. If i have two face down, and my opponent activated heavy, can i activate both and get two stardust dragons?

No. One chance only.

You cannot.
The first Starlight Road is already chain link 2. You cannot activate 2 cards as a chain link 2.

That being said, you also cannot the activate a second Starlight Road as chain link 3 either because you cant Starlight Road your own Starlight Road.

Why can't you guys say because Starlight Road must be chained directly to Heavy Storm?

Few situations exist where you can activate 2 Starlight Roads in 1 chain, however you can never try to negate a single card with 2 others in the same chain.(Exceptions exist) however this sin't one of them.

I would guess that the exception is when a trap with a mass destruction effect is chained to Starlight.

BRD summon eff -> Starlight -> Torrential -> Starlight, etc.

> Icarus Attack > Starlight Road > Vanity's Call

Vanity call is just how the card works it's not an exception, exception would be using Veiler and Forbidden Chalice on the monster effect(or anything along those lines)
