Wikia has different wording to DN text:
DN text: Activate by sending 1 "Steelswarm" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard and select 1 face-up "Steelswarm" monster you control. The selected monster gains 800 ATK until the End Phase.
Wikia text: Send 1 "Steelswarm" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard to target 1 face-up "Steelswarm" monster you control; that target gains 800 ATK until the End Phase.
However, you still must still control a face-up Steelswarm to activate it.
DN text: Activate by sending 1 "Steelswarm" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard and select 1 face-up "Steelswarm" monster you control. The selected monster gains 800 ATK until the End Phase.
