Fusion Gate Solemn Warning

If fusion gate doesn't get destroyed or negated I would like to know can my opponent Warning any of SS for the rest of the duel? Example fusion gets through I ss the Shining next on his turn he puts Warning fd and on my next turn I SS absolute zero can he warning him ?

Warning cannot stop Gate in any way, since it can only be chained to the activation of a card that resolves with a SS.

And since all my SS will be through gate they cant stop it ok thanks.

This does mean thay save all their warnings for you miracle fusions though.
