D.D. Scout Plane
I just wanted to confirm if I'm right:
Lets say you have Macro Cosmos out and you decide to xyz summon something with your scout planes, if you detach them they will come back at the end of the turn right?

Yes since Macro removes anything that'd be sent to the grave.
If detached, those Scout planes go to the RFG zone and come back at the EP. That's not the case with D-Fissure.

The main reason it works is because Scout Plane (unlike DD Survivor) doesn't have to be on the Field when it was banished. It can be banished from anywhere (hand, Deck, Field, Grave, Xyz Material) and will still return.
