Ojama Delta Hurricane Question with new TCG Xyz Rulings

It says "face up" on the field. From pure logic I wouldn't say that overlayed monsters are face up on the field (their "faces" are hidden behind the xyz), but if it is the way like stated here (xyz material are threated just like equipped monsters) it would work I guess.

edit:
I just remembered the Tengu ruling and that would say, that they are face up. Since tengu doesn't get its effect when it leaves the field while not face up it must be considered face up while being an xyz material. So it should work.

TCG makes Xyz rulings complicated for many situations.

I dont think they are considered to be monsters anymore.

the card only requires the ojama cards on the field, it doesn't say anything about actually requireing them as monsters

Like I've mentioned, the stats on the monsters are still needed to be clarified.
If they do keep their name, then you can activate it, if not, then no.

From what I read from Bunnies explanation

it should work and whilst reading random sites about the matter, they have been considered leaving the field, but not leaving at all. So that would mean that they are there, but they are also not (captain obvious says so). conclusion, they will be treated as being there, but will be deprived of all things until removed from the field (effects will not be activated as they are not there).

Key said it all there still needs to be clarification on Xyz Materials.
