Anti Spell Flagrance

Suppose that I have "Anti-Spell Fragrance" and "Dark Simorgh" on the field. Is my opponent allowed to activate cards like "Mystical Space Typhoon" in order to destroy "Anti-Spell Flagrance"?

With the effect of Anti-Spell Fragrance, Mystical Space must be set first before it can be activated. Dark Simorgh prevents your opponent from setting any card. So since they cannot even get Mystical Space Typhoon on the field, it cannot be used to destroy Anti-Spell Fragrance, unless it was already set previously.

What KaousFaustXIII is correct for when Anti spell fragance is already on the field.

Just note that you can still use Mystical if it is chained to Anti spell fragrance's activation, as technically it's not active yet and it'll get destroyed before it has time to resolve.
