The summon efect can be used on your's and/or your opponent's turn yes or no?

if your opponent attacks your monster during their turn and destorys it via battle the effect of amazoness village activates?

it triggers whenever the condition is met, it is like any other trigger. It doesn't matter whose turn it is.

Yes, it activates (as long as an "Amazoness" monster is destroyed by battle or by a card effect, and is sent to the Graveyard; it wouldn't work if the destroyed monster is Banished).
