I can't play???

So I made my account and activated it for dueling network. It says I can now play dueling network. When i log in im stuck on the menu with BLS and no options for me? Any suggestions?

well sometime u don't but try google chrome and send some screen shots so we can have a better look

Refresh, try a different browser or reboot you PC.

maybe deleting browser history and cookies can help, that's what i do when i get stuck

Clear Cookies/Cache, check your firewall, use a different browser, make sure your on administrator settings restart your computer, unplug/replug your router
