effect monster vs bottomless+veiler

situation A:
A: summon stratos black rose dragon (optional eff)
me: bottomless stratos & veiler stratos eff

situation B:
A: summon caius (not optional eff)
me: bottomless caius & veiler caius eff

is it possible?

Chain link 2: Bottomless Trap Hole.
Chain link 3: Effect Veiler

Resolve link 3: Effect negated.
Resolve link 2: Monster is destroyed and banished.
Resolve link 1: Resolves with no effect.

I don't know it can work or not, but as I know, at some place, in a chain like that, Veiler cannot negate.

WHat I meant is either way, Veiler cannot negate. And don't ask me for links, cause I'm Vietnamese.

Monster's effect won't be negated, we have a email ruling for that.
