Missing Tabs and buttons on site???

Im pretty sure it has to be my computer but i have no idea how to fix it but everything on this site is bunched together as im typing this none of the fancy editor buttons are appearing and the tap that has they system clock is only showing the date. NO top posters, no recent posts and no chat box tab..and i can't get emotions

I use google chrome too but i dont think this problem should of occur. Try reseting your pc.

Have you cleared your cookies and cache?

yes i restarted deleted cookies and everything

Edit: after 5 back to back restarts it works
