The End of Anubis and LaDD

I have a question.
If The End of Anubis and LaDD is on the field, and someone using something that targeting card in graveyard (example Monster Reborn) or a card effect that active in graveyard (example : Sangan) , which one are faster? Anubis or LaDD or chain together? Both of them have an effect to negate those effect, right?

Anubis' effect is continuous so it does not start a chain. Now his effect only negates these cards while ladd will seek to negate their activations. Therefore Ladd will negate the activation before Anubis' effect would even get near them.

Oh.... I see.
I thought that Anubis will negate first then LaDD will negate Anubis, or LaDD will negate those effect first, then Anubis will doing the same thing and LaDD will negate Anubis effect.

Well ladd cannot negate contentious effects at all. However to clarify your concerns on ladd vs a card that would activate at the same time as him. Suppose you have 2 ladd's on your side of the field. both of them will chain to a monster reborn. Now as per SEGOC they will both attempt to chain immediately to monster reborn. Now monster reborn is chain link 1 and ladd is 2 and the other ladd is 3. (You will choose which one becomes chain 2 and which becomes chain 3)
The chain resolves like so. Chain link 3 ladd does nothing. He didn't chain directly to monster reborn so he can't negate it and will lose no atk or def. chain link 2 ladd will reduce his atk/def and negate monster reborn. Neither will attempt to negate the other.
If you and your opponent both have one ladd on the field then the turn players ladd will negate the card played as per SEGOC while the opposing players ladd fails to activate.
SEGOC - Simultaneous Effects Go On Chain
1. Turn Player's Mandatory Effects
2. Non-Turn Player's Mandatory Effects
3. Turn Player's Optional Effects
4. Non-Turn Player's Optional Effects

Wow another discussion of Anubis for the second day ina row. He sure is popular lately. 
But yeah Minako said it. LADD will negate the activations so Annubis wont even get a chance to to them.

first of all, as far as i know anubis is always in effect if he remains face up.

The End of Anubis has a continuous effect as mentioned earlier, if a card is continuous, it waits until the resolution to see whether or not it is face-up and if the effect is viable for applying
Royal Decree is another example, Royal Decree does not interfere LaDD from negating the activation of the trap
