My opp didn't toss coin... (picture)

Did arcana force 0 didn't really toss the coin ? even flip summon or special summon ?

thats what i was also told earlier today

When Arcana Force 0 - The Fool is summoned, you perform a coin toss like the card says.

Most of the problems can be solved by reading the card. Do it more often.

the problem its my OPP which the one use it and didn't toss it even I ask for it

According to MY reading, so I know what I am read.. but my OPP is NOT.

So the problem here is only HIM, and I even ask to my opp about his card effect.

I merely here to ask rulings confirmation, which my OPP who play it, doesn't understand himself

It's odd cause I have a similar memory of using the fool. But that could also be because it was always flipped by battle with me. The only think it could possibly be is that it doesn't activate in the battle/dmg step but that does not really make sense for me as its effect is continuous.
I see nothing on the card that would suggest you shouldn't flip.
The previous upperdeck rulings state he does flip on special summon. Unless it has something to do with the battle step I think it will to.

You should have asked him why he didn't toss the coin so you could correct him. The Fool was summoned, so you do the coin toss. Simple as that.

I was unsure at that moment....

I know the difference why it doesn't flip then. It's that I almost never had to flip his coin when I played the card, making me believe that that was most common. But this was probably because mine was always flipped instead of summoned. Hence my initial thoughts on the card.
