Solved Rabbit Rulings

Ok Now My question is
Rabbit cant be Summoned From the deck BUT!!
Can it be Summoend my Monster Gate/ Reasoning
Reason why this Came to mind is that
You ARe not allowed to play monster gate / Reasoning while thunder king is on the feild because u need to "pick up" the cards

When you "pick up" the monster its not in your deck anymore


What you guys think?

Cards that are "Picked Up" are considered as being part of the Deck.
