Rescue Rabbit & Debris Dragon

<ul>Rabbit :
This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. You can banish this face-up card you control; Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower Normal Monsters with the same name from your Deck. Destroy them during the End Phase. The effect of "Rescue Rabbit" can only be activated once per turn.

Debris :
When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 monster with 500 or less ATK from your Graveyard in Attack Position. That monster's effect(s) is negated. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a Dragon-Type Synchro Monster. The other Synchro Material Monster(s) cannot be Level 4.</ul>

Card Trooper :
Once per turn: You can choose a number from 1 to 3, then send that many cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard; this card gains 500 ATK for each card sent to the Graveyard this way, until the End Phase. When this card you control is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard: Draw 1 card.

No, you can't summon Rabbit with Debris and than use Rabbit effect, sorry but it ain't gonna happen.

Actually you can activate the effect.
You pay it's cost (removing itself) It just won't succesfully resolve.

It still resolve, but its effect will be negated.

Sorry, but Debris dragon isn't works like effect veiler.

And if Rabbit effect actually cost
Then why rabbit isn't working ?

1) Debris Dragon = Junk Synchron = Effect Veiler = Forbidden Chalice ≠ Skill Drain.

2) Those cards negate effect of monster actived on the field. Rabbit's effect active on the field and can be negated.

3) Card Trooper active its effect AFTER it leave the field. That why none of those cards can negate it.

You can pay the cost of card trooper (milling) but it won't gain atk.

Yes, skill drain from debris doesn't negate the ignition, and milling is cost.
BUT, if you destroy card tropper summoned by debris, you can draw 1 card as C said its effect because its leave field

1) For A, I think he mis-read this "This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck".

2) Debris can only negate effect that active on the field. It can negate Trooper's 1st effect, because that effect active on the field.

But, it cannot negate Trooper's 2nd effect actived off the field. Samething for Dandylion.

A/B: Can summon rabbit. Can use his effect. His effect will not summon.
C: Effects resolve where they activate. Rabbit activates on the field so it resolves there. Card troopers mill/atk effect activates on the field can be used but won't gain atk. Card troopers draw effect activates in the grave where it is not negated anymore so you will draw.

1st: BB post didn't clear. What he meant is you can SS Rabbit with Debris, but Rabbit's effect won't resolve succesfully if you use rabbit's effect.
2nd: The effect of Card Trooper that lets you draw 1 card activates in grave and resolves in grave, so Debris cannot negate that.
Debris, Junk Synchron, Effect Veiler and Forbidden Chalice can only negate the monster's effect if that effect activates and resolves on field.

To summarize: You can SS Rescue Rabbit by Debris Dragon, and activate Rabbit's effect, but the effect will not resolves properly and leads to waste Debris Dragon's effect.

No all 3 answers are consistent with each other they are just expanded

A said you can summon Rabbit but can't use his effect(which was the most simple answer, but the way I said it made it look as if I said you can't even summon Rabbit)
B Added onto that saying you can still activate Rabbit effect and Banish it but you won't summon monsters
C Explained in detail why you can use Rabbit effect and why will it be negated


So to round things off

Debris Dragon can summon Rabbit, Rabbit can activate it's effect and banish itself however Rabbit effect will be negated because Debris Dragon unlike Skill Drain checks where effect activated not where the monster is at the time of resolution. Since Rabbit activates on the field it is negated by Debris.

Card Trooper can mill cause you can still pay costs and activate effect of monsters summoned by Debris. Also when Card Trooper is destroyed, and goes to grave it's effect activates there not on field therefore is not negated by Debris Dragon.

Kk.... so for short it ruled like exiled force & debris

(If that even possible ? Summon exiled with debris ? )

The effect negated only in RESOLUTION, not Activation problem solved
