No.

To elaborate, no substitution-type stuff work with generic monsters.
If the fusion monster has at least 1 specific fusion material, you can send that monster to grave with Prisma.

With exception,
you cann't send Rainbow Dragon or Rainbow Dark Dragon, even it specifies the name in TCG *cough*raibow neos*cough*

Correction. The OCG Rainbow Neos says "Elemental HERO Neos + 1 'Ultimate Gem God' monster.

That is why Prisma cant send a Rainbow Dragon for Rainbow Neos.

I said equivalent. I decided to say "Rainbow Dragon" monster because it makes more sense to English speakers that way. I just looked up the names, and the only reason it works out that way is actually that "Ultimate Gem God" is a title both Rainbow Dragon and Rainbow Dark Dragon share, Rainbow Dragon and Rainbow Dark Dragon being their individual names. Apparently the TCG decided to drop their titles.

so if im reveal a "elementan hero zero absolute" i cant send any water monster or any hero monster from the deck?

Nope,
you can only send monster with specific names

You cannot even reveal Elemental HERO Absolute Zero for Prisma's effect.
