"Connecting" Freeze on DN

Well, recently i have problem with some computers to connect to the DN because the game still freezed in "Connecting" after login. i don´t know what´s the reason of this problem but i´m sure the problem is in the IP system, so, the questions here are how to fix and if the DN have a IP Region block, (yeah i´m from mexico city >_>(.

the problem can be fixed with a proxy called HSS, but its not really a good proxy beacuse we need no switch the internet connections and its very bad option navigate with this proxy enabled.

This Proxy changes your IP and its not a common proxy, because its a software installation. But Well. Any admin can check tje IP Block for this IP? 201.167.19.187

I repeat, the only chance to login to the DN its using HSS. Thank you, and c yoy later.

This is likely caused by a firewall blocking the connection. Try the following:
Disable any firewalls and/or proxy servers that may be blocking the connection
Update your flash player
Try other browsers
Clear your browser cache and refresh the webpage

If the above does not work, try this:

Also, Internet Download Manager might be the reason to mess up your internet settings, so uninstalling it will help Dueling Network to load & connect without problems.

Yeah, i already tested on the laptop and the PC with the same network and does´n´t work. hmmm any another fix exept HSS? and the user admin creation?

Put your browser in the "trusted" exception in your firewall setting
