Just some cards I thought of. Please rate!

Solemn Request
Counter Trap
Pay 1000; Negate the activation and effect of a card that adds a card to player's hand and destroy it. Then you can add one "Solemn" card from ur deck to hand.

Envoy of the Lunar Eclipse.
DARK/Warrior/5/ATK/DEF 2000/1600
You can SS this card from your deck by Tributing one Moon Envoy from your side of the field. If you do, you cannot SS another Envoy of the Lunar Eclipse during this turn. You can banish this card for your hand; Add one "Envoy" monster from deck to your hand.

Envoy of the Solar Eclipse.
LIGHT/Warrior/5/ATK/DEF 2000/1600
You can SS this card from your deck by Tributing one Moon Envoy from your side of the field. If you do, you cannot SS another Envoy of the Solar Eclipse during this turn. You can banish this card for your hand; Add one "Envoy" monster from graveyard to your hand.

Envoy of the Beginning and End.
DARK/LIGHT/Fiend/10/ATK/DEF: 2900/2600
Cannot be NS or Set. Must first be SS by banishing one LIGHT and DARK monster on your side of the field. When this card is SS this way, the following effects activate in the order presented as seperate ChainLinks part of the same Chain:
- Pay 1000 LP; Banish all other cards on the field.
- Both players shuffle all cards in their banished zone,graveyard, and hand to their decks and draw 5 cards.
- Both players' lifepoints become 8000.
Once per turn, except the turn this card was SS, you can activate ALL effects that are bulleted(you cannot choose one, you must activate all).
If you activate a card effect to SS this card, you must first banish a LIGHT and DARK from your hand, field, and/or graveyard.

Change of Brain
Spell Fusion
Brain Control + Change of Heart.
Banish the Spell Materials(from hand,deck,field, and/or graveyard) to activate this card. Take control of one monster your opponent controls(permanently).

Utopia's Assault
Quick-Play Spell
Select one "Utopia" monster. Its effect becomes "Detach 1 .... after the Damage Step ends; This card may attack again." until the End Phase. Only the selected monster can attack this turn.

Concierge of the Sky
LIGHT/Fairy/Lvl 3/1000/1000
When this card is NS, you can SS one lvl 3 Fairy from your hand or deck. Its effects are negated and cannot be used as Synchro Material.

Tour Guide from Sea World
WATER/Aqua/3/1000/1000
When this card is NS, you can SS one lvl 3 Aqua or Fish or Sea Serpent from your hand or deck. Its effects are negated and cannot be used as Synchro Material. If "Umi" is on the field, you may summon any lvl 3 WATER monster from hand or deck instead.

Tour Sub from Sea World
WATER/Aqua/3/1000/600
You can SS this card,from hand, by sending one Submarineroid from Fieldto the grave. If you do, it gains Submarineroid's effects and once per turn, you can equip one WATER monster to this card. If Umi is on the field, this card gains 500 for each monster equipped.
When this card is summoned, add one Level 3 Aqua Monster from your deck to your hand, except for "Tour Sub from Sea world". If this card is in your hand, you may return it to your deck to add one Tour Guide from Sea World. When this card is destroyed in battle, return it to your deck, and add one "Tour Guide from Sea World" to your hand.

Silent Trooper
LIGHT/1/Warrior/0/0
During the Damage Step, you can send up to three cards from top of the deck to grave to have this card gain 600 atk for each card sent. When this card is destroyed, add one "Silent" card from deck to hand, or draw one card.

Power of Three
NormalSpell
Pay LP until u have 2000LP. Add 1 of each from deck to hand: Dark Hole, Monster Reborn, Heavy Storm.

Terrible Storm
Normal Spell
Pay 3000 LP. Add up to three cards from deck to hand in any combination: Mystical Space Typhoon, Dust Tornado, Twister, Tornado.

Change of Greed
Spell Fusion/Quick-Play
Change of Heart + Pot of Greed
Negate the act and eff of an opponent's card that would add/draw a card(s) and destroy it. Then, target and take control of an opp mon until End Phase OR draw 2 cards.

Solemn Request: Drastic Drop Off does about the same thing for free.

Envoys: Envoys are broken enough without any support. And that boss monster is beyond broken.

Utopia: Needs "Once per turn." 2.5k ATK monster attacking 4x or 3x a turn is not funny.

Tour Guide/Concierge: WHY WOULD YOU WANT MORE TOUR GUIDES!!!!???? Having one set is bad enough. Besides, Fishes, etc. already has Deap Sea Diva.

Power of Three: You're insane. But then again, considering that the card is absolutely useless once you draw 1 of the three, it might not be so bad. But Still.

Not going to comment on that spell-fusion.
