Banned

I thought that a first offense was a warning when i looked at the rules. I said to a person are you stupid beacuse you dont know the difference between quit and admit deafeat even though in your comment in a rated duel you said please admit defeat. He print screened this and obviously sent it to a moderator. I am now banned for 2 days. This can hardly be classed as harrasemnt MAJOR. Even then i get a warning. This makes no sense and i feel ive been unjustly banned. Please can a moderator help me.

As far I can see, you said something I say to people all the time(lol). Unless there's proof from either side and a good reason to ban you for 2 days, you should be unbanned I guess.

But saying: Are you stupid and getting banned for 2 days is weird. Who banned you?

All of it is full of wise-crack remarks if you want a blunt answer. You clearly provoked the situation, and you are not going to go scot-free for those remarks about the person, his deck, and clear harassment.

I am also sick and tired of people rage quitting over a deck. I spend a long time trying to get experience so i can customise my own card during a duel. You need 100 and i would be closer than i am now if it wasn't for rage quitters. Losing 15 rating isn't enough. What made me use "wise-crack smirkish remarks" this time is that the guy had said before hand in his comment please admit defeat. There is only so much rage qutting one person can handle especialy when my duels are 20 minutes+.

People are free to quit the duel, they do not have to stay, or even admit defeat if they do not desire. The same goes for them not being obligated to do a match, the same rules apply.

It should be changed so everytime someone quits on rated they lose more rating than they already do. The more times you quit the worse it gets and you lose more rating and xp and mods can check to see if anyone is abusing. I know it won't happen but its a good idea. Like first time lose 15 2nd 30 then 60 and so on. That way people can't quit and you wont get people like me who tell people not to and then get in trouble.

Thanks for the advice Gxmaster. I do play with friends sometimes and i don't want to play a bad deck because i like winning . Also alot of people rage quit on my deck even when i play fairly and don't say much to them. I can't win either way xD.

Why am i still banned its been over 2 days now?
