Once per turn, when a monster your opponent controls activates its effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that effect and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

No restrictions? .... Well I like it nice stats and pretty cool effect considering a lot of people now a days rely on monster effects.

If no restriction it will become a staple to almost anyone that can manage 2 lvl 6s, otherwise, photon's lvl 6s are subpar, but would be a nice inscentive to use Em.

This guy is pretty damn bawss.

Veiler + burn doesnt sound bad at all, especially with those solid stats for a Rank 6. If you had any issues with Focus Force, then this should shut ya up pretty quick.

Seems like a really good card, but I could easily see it being restricted to Photons, which then means there would be more support coming for them and this playstyle.

Doesn't look too useful to me, the only thing I want to be negating is cards like Hyperion, JD, and Brionac anyway, all of which can use their effects more than once per turn, especially Brionac and JD.

I mst certainly wouldn't say broken, but it is hella powerful. Now if it were a Divine Wrath + burn then I'd consider saying it's broken.

deadly card that might make me want to go play with my Spellcasters deck again since it would be pretty easy to summon dark magician girl and tricky in that deck.

Evolsaur can summon this guy when they feel like it. Casineria is just pro.
Anyway, it's a walking Veiler that can be used twice, pretty cool! Especially the extra burn.

It stops Gorz, and make them backed even more into a corner from this.
Without the use of Monster Removal, this is very difficult to play around.

Powerful... negate monster effect without destroy them, and burn opponent 1000lp... I guess It can negate monster effect and bypass anti-destruction card like stardust/shooting star... good for counter wind-up zenmanies... And if it is no summoning restriction... it will probably work well in a sorcerer of dark magic deck...

something i think alot of people missed (not all) is it only negates the effect, not all effects, so cards that activate more than once can move through it, its a great card, but broken? nah

Based on the wording in the OP, this only negates effects of monsters your opponent controls, i.e. monsters on the field. Assuming this is correct, then it won't stop effects that activate in other locations (grave, hand, etc). But assuming it also doesn't target, then it should still work against monsters that tribute/banish themselves for cost (Rabbit, Stardust, etc) as those effects all activate on the field.

This card is broken, but it becomes balanced with such a high cost. Rank 6 is difficult, and I can only see Inzektors playing badly making it easily.

with the new sacreds released and with kuast, i can see getting rank 6's out fairly easily with sacreds.

the question is who's better-Streak Bouncer or Number 25 (another stupid idea of Konami, release almost the same Monster in the same pack) the differents is 100 ATK to Focus Force, and can be used more than once per turn or the 1000 Damage with Photon

Actually, Number 25 can only negate monster effects that are Level 5 or higher now.

so Bouncer is better than 25, but Focus Force is good to kill Grapha and Hyperion, to easy summon bosses that are realy common this days

sadly yes. at the very least the level 2 sacred can be used to get the level 6's out, though it will still be hard to get this out.

Has anyone noticed this card is misprinted on Dueling Network?

It doesn't state like the card does that it needs to be a monster your opponent controls. I think this is very misleading.
