i think this card should exist because it is similar to blue-eyes and has everthing almost same to blue eyes so why not the same fusion? kinda unfair

Actually no. It was stressed in an old first series Yu-Gi-Oh! movie that Blue-Eyes was about power and Red-Eyes was about potential. Notice how Red-Eyes has a variety of forms and strategies while Blue-Eyes is all about beatdown with Ultimate Dragon. So I disagree.
