I want my life back

Sorry for " ban evading", but this is just for appeal. I used to be a well known VIP member here. Until a certain mod here called me out on spam. I explained to him the situation in a post that got plus two rep. He removed it and obviously didn't comprehend it. He constantly refused to talk to me, making it impossible to reason with him. He used to be my friend, we used to have good posts together. Now all the sudden he's taken an attitude with me. My ban is now an ip one, and my account is banned until April. There's no way I'm going to last that long. I want my account back, I want my friend back, and I want my Internet life back.
