War Team Name

The process of having your team authenticated is pretty simple after following the instructions in the war section. However, it is come to my attention that the addition and removal of your team name from your profile has been becoming more difficult as the teams list increases in number.

From now, Team Names can be added into the profile by members themselves. The list has been replaced by a self editable box which you can use to display your team name (once approved) and have it shown on your post profile. There is a simple format to follow when adding your team name to this section of the profile. If the field is seen abused or not following the format it will be removed from your profile.

[Team abbreviation] Team Name

All previous team names have been removed from every profile so please take the time to fill these in again yourselves.

This should clean it up a bit and help reduce some problems. Mods if you see anyone with random stuff in that box, please feel free to edit it out. Also, if it is not the proper format, you may also want to fix it.

Much better, because mods can't handle this ammount of teams.
How about a Team tournament like the WRGP with 64/32/16 teams?

A season league for all the active teams would be fun.

Hmmm, good idea for the season. We could maybe set up like a mini-DN Team Championship kinda like the NFL playoffs (they have a pretty good system), just on DN Like 10 weeks or so of scheduled wars, and have divisions of 6 or so teams... Anyone else like this idea?

I like that style.

Teams are one of the most important parts of this forum. An official Team Tournament should be possible.

Thanks for the switch up with team choice in the profile. Sure you got sick of receiving emails requesting for team adds.

I like, but will it complicate things? I believe it could be pulled off . . .
