I got a 17/20. I think it's okay.

This was harder than the RC-1, but i got no problems with wordings/etc.
I still want to know what i failed if possible.

Don't take the test just because you want to be an admin. Take it if you think you can, and if you want to help others.

how can i enter the exam it says that im not eligible what is required to take the test

You need to have at least 100 Exp, as far as I know.
