When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 Fiend-Type monster from your hand or Deck. Its effects are negated, and it cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster.

Do they mistime each other? Wiki does not have any rulings on this.

Missing the timing is just confusing.

Both are Trigger Effects that activate at the same timing, they will go on chain, no missing the timing here.

Also, you choose the order in which the effects go on chain.

Darn they beat me too it and timing think of it like this if something happens before it can resolve then it's missing timing best example if I tribute for cauis and you have formula a six star and a one star and you chain formula well cauis mandatory eff is chain one and formula is chain two but trish is now a new card brought to the field with a can eff during a chain resolving said chain he misses timing but in you case they don't have that problem they are slow and normal lol
