not to be rude but, instead of making a topic for each individual card, why not make a joint discussion topic about the Seikoku or holy dragon or whatever they are called, archetype? as it stands, there's not enough to go on for this series.

as far as the card itself is concerned, this could add a lot of summoning potential for cards like chaos zone (get this out, remove necro face/d.d. scout plane from play and benefit from their effs)

And unless this card has >3000 ATK it's not worth it

Ritual Spells tribute cards in the hand, but I've never seen a Monster (or Monster(S) for that matter) have the ability to tribute Monsters in the hand.

All I know is, time to wipe some dust off my Super Rejuvenation, baby. Cool

I just remembered Super Rejuvination because above post. Would seem like cool combos can ensue.
Play Super Rejuvination.
Summon Dragorado, Summon Seal
Tribute Seal for Shiyudragon
Tribute Shiyudragon to make Dragorado 8
Summon Holy carved Seal
Make this
Detach Seal and Tribute 1-2 random Dragons or Shiyudragon to destroy stuff.
Summon some more Holy Carved Seals.
Make something another one of this?
Tribute Ennead
Draw 5 at the end of the turn for epicness.
FuFu should be able to easily set up the Grave for the Holy Carved Seal.
