Virus cards vs Dark World Dealings

Hi,

My opponent has an active Eradicator Epidemic Virus (spell cards are chosen) and plays dark world dealings. I draw a spell card.

Must I destroy (and send to the graveyard) the spell card I have just drawn, meaning I must discard another card from my hand or Eradicator epidemic virus can "wait", meaning I can discard the spell card I have just drawn ?

You can discard the spell you just drew, or discard other card(s) in your hand and have your newly drawn Spell Card get destroyed by EEV.
