I might suggest a few Blackwings. They are Dark AND Winged-Beast, so you benefit from Icarus Attack and Hunting Ground even more with them, while they help bring Simorgh out. Gale is a good one, since he halves another monster's ATK permanently.

Another copy of Dark Simorgh could help. His rebirth effect from the grave makes you lose hand advantage, making it costly.

Id say reduce Hunting Ground,add Heavy Storm,MST. 3 Icarus is too much.

Blackwings help harpies, i would suggest bora, 1 sirocco, gale and blizzard
-1D.D. Crow 3 is too much, may clog hands.

Try finding space for 2 mist valley falcon, return spell fragance and activate any spell u want. Also if u add him, try fitting fiendish chain or big bang shot and he gives acces to mist valley thunderlord (protects field spell returning it to hand and also 3100 beater)
