Revisions to Powerful Cards

I think very powerful cards should be revised to make them more balanced, so that they are not easy +1. And the ones that are limited to 1 could be put at 2 or 3 making them easier to draw.

Here, IMO, is what Konami should have done or should do. Keep in mind, I think there should be MORE support for theme decks. They should get a lot of balanced cards rather than 1 broken card.

Future Fusion - allow two targets max, wait 3 turns (instead of 2). limit to 3.

Tour Guide - it cannot be used as XYZ material in the same turn it is summoned

Grapha - reduce its atk to 2000, allow only 1 on the field.

Stratos - limit to 3. change the effect to: discard 1 HERO card to add 1 HERO monster from your deck to your hand once per turn.

Dandylion - tokens cannot be used for synchro summons.

Black Rose - "blow up" effect should require removing 1 dragon and/or 1 plant

Brionac - this card cannot attack during the turn it uses its effect

TG Librarian - 1 card can be drawn maximum per turn.

Trishula - choose one of three effects to activate.

Rescue Rabbit - you cannot Extra Deck summon in the same turn.

Super Polymerization - should negate counter traps but allow other spells/traps

Wind-Up Hunter - you can only activate the effect once per turn (even if you use the effect of a different wind up hunter)

Rekindling - you cannot extra deck summon this turn.

The cards are just fine as they are though

I like how Future Fusion being nerfed would cripple Dragons something fierce.

Game is good having few broken cards, it's what defines the game, and if you did this than just more broken cards would surface, the cards are good as they are now...

I think these suggestions are over nerfing them, like you're giving some cards 2 nerfs when, if they even need nerfing really, they would only need one.
Like Grapha shouldn't really need to go down to 2k atk and only have 1 on the field, same for future fusion, they don't need both or any really IMO.

Rescue Rabbit is already a nerfed Rescue Cat, it's fine as is, just because Laggia can be annoying, doesn't mean its teh Rabbit's fault.

Anyway, basically what Bunny said but if this were to happen then this is way too much nerfing. It would be like when in MMOs things get nerfed too far so then instead of going back and changing, other things are nerfed too far but then some things already nerfed seem too powerful again so they're nerfed etc. Then you can end up all scared like how MtG started, where the strong monsters had ridiculous costs and wren't even that strong, like how Serra Angel was put off from being released for ages because it was Flyinga nd Vigilant.

For the love of... why the hell do you want cards that are SUPPOSED to help you Synchro/ Exceed/ etc to have a clause which means you can't? Jeez.
