Profile Editing Bug

Every time I try to go edit my profile it keeps saying "An unknown error has occurred." I took a screenshot here.
Here's a list of everything I have tried...
- Clearing cookies/cache
- Logging off my account
- Refreshing page
- Restarting computer
- Going on different Internet browsers
- Trying it on a different computer
Nothing worked. Advice?
