Brionac - It's a balanced card. Discard to return cards. Now if it was DESTROY and not return, then I can see it banned.

Tsukuyomi or w/e it's called - It's a free book of moon every turn. Limited would be good.

Inzektor Centipede - Same with Inzektors, not my thing.
Wind-Up Zenmaighty - That's the main card behind the loop. Limit that sob
Book of moon - Eh, with Tsukoyomi limited and a free book of moon every turn, that's iffy.

Magical stone excavation - You do realize how broken that can be right? Up to 4 monster reborns a duel, dark holes, up to 4 of any spell in one duel. That's best at what it's at now.
