A Legendary Ninja advice/tips needed MuL5P

Monsters: 22
3x Codarus
3x Levia-Dragon - Daedalus
3x Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo
3x Warrior of Atlantis
3x Strike Ninja
3x Upstart Golden Ninja
2x Senior Silver Ninja
2x Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus

Spells: 9
3x A Legendary Ocean
2x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Heavy Storm
1x Monster Reborn
1x Mind Control
1x Dark Hole

Traps: 9
3x Forgotten Temple of the Deep
3x Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation
2x Solemn Warning
1x Torrential Tribute

Extra:
A bunch of Rank 4 Xyz since I don't know what to put in.

This is my first shot at making a Ninja deck, this one focuses on Sea-Serpents. The basic plan is to use Ninjitsu Art to bring out either Codarus for some generic destruction or Levia-Dragon - Daedalus if I need a beater or I have Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus in my hand for a field and hand nuke.

The current extra deck is just a bunch of Rank 4 Xyz.

Any advice/tips/suggestions are appreciated.

How well has it tested? It looks like it could be destructive, but looks a bit shaky. How do you plan to recover from the said "Neo-Daedalus" nuke?

It's been ok. Won against Dark Worlds, Agents, some synchro deck and what I think was a warrior deck and lost against Glad Beast and Anti Meta.

Was fighting against Elemental Hero but he disconnected mid game.

I don't really "recover" from a Neo-Daedalus nuke, I use it to mess up my opponents play and to get a clear shot for a 2900 direct attack.

After that I just kinda rely on luck.

Solid Idea, but I also have the same question as the above user. The main problem I see is bad opening hands. Have you tried Moray of Greed?

I agree with Adept. Moray could really help with your consistency. Also, I'd recommend recommend Vylon Disigma, Emeral, and Lavalval as standards for your rank 4's.

Drop the number of Forgotten Temples. Also, not too keen on the Strike Ninja's, but I guess there aren't many good ninja's besides Hanzo and Upstart. You may also want 1 BLS-EotB.

yea, the strike ninja's are only good with abusing D.D. Scout Plane and Gachi Gachi. If you want, you could tech in Karakuri Ninja MDL 339 "Sazank". It works with the ninja cards and gets over a lot of stuff.

-1 Silver Ninja
-1 Neo-Daedalus
-1 Strike Ninja

+1 Big Wave Small Wave
+1 Mooray of Greed
+1 Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke or Black Luster Soldier

Ccan help dead draws. Try this if you and give me results if you do.

in all honesty, I'd keep both Senior ninja's just because you can abuse Hanzo, Golden Ninja, Sazank, and Ebisu if you add him. Controlling the field could let you pull your combos easier and rack up big damage in the process.

Thanks for all the help, it's been working a lot better now. Did some testing with all the suggestions and here's what I come up with.

A Legendary Ninja advice/tips needed UZFni

Added a bunch more Rank 4 Xyz.

I decided to stick with 3 Forgotten Temple of the Deep since with 2 I rarely drew into it and I was forced to use my Warnings and Ninjitsu Arts as ammo for Upstart Golden Ninja.

Only added 1 Moray of Greed since the WATER monsters tend to leave my hand fast and the only ones that stay for a long time are Daedalus and Neo-Daedalus. Also dropped 1 Neo-Daedalus. Might replace with Duality,Upstart Goblin or Goblin Housekeeping. Still needs alot more testing.

Dropped 1 Senior Silver Ninja. It's searchable by Hanzo anyways so I never have a problem in getting it. Added a BLS instead.

Dropped 1 Strike Ninja and added 1 Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke. Better stats and the effect is nice too, might go with 2 Sasuke and 1 Strike Ninja instead. Still needs testing.

Both the Karakuri ninja and Big Wave Small Wave didn't really do anything for the deck and at times were dead draws.
